The Aviso board is responsible for forming the company strategy and overseeing operations. The board takes special care to ensure that the core company values are adhered to at all times, and that the focus on building long-term, trusting relationships with our customers underpins every business decision.

The Aviso Management team works under the direction of the Aviso Board and is responsible for managing operations, development and sales activities in line with the business plan and objectives.

    Denis McCarthy, Director

    Denis was appointed Director of Aviso in January 2012 and represents Annadale Technologies on the board.

    Denis brings deep technical knowledge of transaction processing software to Aviso, which he gained while working over 12 years as a developer and architect on several large greenfield projects. Denis founded Annadale Technologies in 2004, and was nominated Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011. Denis is a non-executive director of FEXCO Holdings.

    Paudi Moriarty, Development Manager

    Paudi Moriarty is Aviso's Development Manager, and brings ten years experience in developing major transaction processing web applications to the design and development of the Novate platform.

    Paudi has been Development Manager at Annadale since 2006, and took a lead role in the design and development of a web-based money transfer application currently being used to process thousands of transactions per minute.

    Ann Chan, Head of Business Development

    Entrepreneurial Executive with more than fifteen years of management experience in Marketing, Operations and Sales with exposure in retail and corporate market for food, merchandising, telecoms and automotive industry. Have set technical skills in hardware, software and systems integration with knowledge in PABX, Voicemail, VOIP systems, GSM, CDMA and mPOS.

    Nick Foley, Sales Manager

    Experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in surpassing quarterly and yearly sales targets and developing business and sales channels in a broad industrial market. Skilled in identifying and evolving sales resulting in qualified, accountable sales channels for new or emerging territories or regions. Known for enhancing corporate reputation and developing relationships inside and outside of the organization to build trust and drive business.
